Subject: Let’s Build Together – Big Give Sunday, Sept 14

Dear Riverbend Family,

We are so thankful for you. Together, through prayer, generosity, and hard work, God is writing an incredible story through our Foundations for the Valley campaign. We want to share some exciting progress and invite you to continue being part of this journey.

Where we are:

• Our new building is taking shape! Demolition is complete, new walls are framed, and spaces are coming alive — a safe and welcoming children’s area, a café, and places designed for fellowship and community.

• In the next few weeks, flooring will be installed, HVAC will go in, and bathrooms will be finished. The building is moving from “construction zone” to “new home.”

• Along the way we’ve faced some unexpected challenges (like a rotted beam and major electrical rewiring), but God has provided through generous contractors, faithful volunteers, and incredible support from churches around us.

Where we stand financially:

• Praise God, $615,000 has already been given toward this vision!

• While financial commitments totaling $790,000 have been made, we need about $50,000 of the remaining commitments received by September 2025 to finish our new space renovation.

How you can help:

We are setting aside Sunday, September 14 as our Big Give Sunday. This will be a special opportunity for our whole church family to come together and give toward closing this gap so that we can finish the renovations, pay invoices on time, and move into our new home this fall.

We’re asking you to join us in two ways:

Pray – for favor with inspectors, for contractors and volunteers, and for God’s continued provision.

Give – prayerfully consider how you can be part of Big Give Sunday. Every gift, no matter the size, helps build this foundation for generations to come.
